What You'll Need: 4.5 cups of water and 1 cup of local honey

Storage & Usage:
Store your homemade elderberry syrup in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 3 months.

For preventative health:
Adults: Take 1 tablespoon per day
Kids (over the age of 1): Take 1 teaspoon per day

Caution: Store kit in a cool dark place until use. Once made store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
