Shipping Policy

During the warmer months, products may be exposed to extreme temperatures during transit. Please note that tallow melts at low temperatures. If your product arrives melted, don’t worry! Simply place it at room temperature, and it will naturally solidify again.

Once solidified, you can scoop the product into a bowl and rewhip it with a hand mixer if you prefer a fluffier texture.

Rest assured, melting does not affect the quality, potency, or usability of the product. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for products that melt during shipping.

We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information and avoiding leaving your package in a mailbox or on a porch for an extended period. If possible, consider shipping to a work address or having a trusted friend or neighbor retrieve your package once delivered.

By purchasing during warm weather, you acknowledge and accept the risk of melting during transit. Please bring your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery.
