During the warmer months, your products may be exposed to higher temperatures due to weather conditions 🌡️. Please note that tallow melts at temperatures between 85-90 degrees Fahrenheit 🧴. If your product arrives melted, don't worry! Simply store it at room temperature, and it will solidify again naturally. Once solidified, you can scoop your product into a bowl and rewhip it 🔄.

Rest assured, the melting process does not affect the potency of the product, and it remains fully usable 💪. As a result, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for products that have melted during transit 🚫.
