About Us
We’re Meg and Nathaniel, and our tallow journey began when our son turned one. We were searching for an all-natural moisturizer with no unnecessary additives 🌱 when a friend shared her experience with tallow. After doing my own research, we quickly fell in love! 💖
A few months later, I began crafting my own tallow, just hoping to create a non-toxic, natural gift for our family for Christmas something safe for everyone to use. 🎁 When I posted the extras on local Facebook pages, I was overwhelmed by the response people were asking to be put on waitlists and wanted to know if I’d be making more!
I had no plans to continue after the holidays, but as demand grew, I prayed about it. With guidance from the Lord, tallow became a part of our daily routine and that’s when The Tallow Spot was born!
Outside of The Tallow Spot, you’ll find us spending time with our family and friends. We lead a small group at our local church and stay busy with our two sweet kiddos who keep us on our toes! These days, I (Meg) pour my heart into caring for our home, our people, and this little business we’ve been so blessed to grow. 🤍

After having my baby my skin changed a lot and my skin barrier suffered because of it. Anything would irritate my skin, I tried all kinds of moisturizers even tubby tod, and nothing seemed to help. The focus and fix roller ball is so useful and convenient to use!! I apply on my wrists during school and i notice a whole switch in my mood. At school I get easily distracted and I very easily zone out so this has been a game changer for my energy and my focus!! ❤️
